Thank you for your interest in renting the Church Hall at St. Margaret Mary Parish! Before requesting the use of the hall, please review the information below and complete the forms that apply to your event.
Church Hall Rental Application
The Church Hall Rental Application is used to request the use of the hall and provide important details about your event, including the date and time, setup time, type of event, number of guests, kitchen use, food preparation, and whether liquor will be served.
The application also includes the rental fees, payment information, insurance requirements, and rules and regulations for use of the hall. Please read these requirements carefully before signing the application.
Church Hall Rental Agreement
The Church Hall Rental Agreement outlines the responsibilities of the individual or organization using the hall. It includes requirements regarding insurance, indemnification, and responsibility for the facility and event. The agreement must be signed by an authorized representative of the facility user.
Special Events Coverage – Diocese of Bridgeport
Some events may require additional Special Events Coverage through the Diocese of Bridgeport. The Special Events Coverage Application provides information about the event and outlines the applicable coverage, limitations, and requirements.
The cost of this coverage is $150 per event. However, this fee is waived if the renter or organization provides its own certificate of insurance meeting the required coverage.
The application should be submitted at least 15 days before the event and includes additional information regarding event type, attendance, food, alcohol, and other special requirements.

Please review the applicable forms carefully, complete all required information, and submit the necessary paperwork and fees. Your event is not considered firmly confirmed until the required fees and documentation have been received and approved.
